Returns are accepted if the following conditions are met -cumulatively-:

– The products are in the same condition in which you received them, ie without having been unsealed or their packaging has been violated and without their special indications (tabs) being cut off.

– In case of your return by courier use the return form received in your order. Circle the product you want to return and mark the return code next to each item you return. Please use the original packaging of the products for your return. Allow us 5 working days to receive and process your request. Keep the receipt and shipping number of your return courier company. your name is listed and you circle the items to be returned

Alternatively, you can ask us to credit the amount of the value of the product you return, in order to use it in the future on your next purchase and no later than six months from the date of issue of the return document. – You can return or exchange your online purchases at any The Fashion Shop within 30 days of receipt. Return the products to a The Fashion Shop and we will gladly process your request. Do not forget the receipt! If you received your product as a gift, only a product change is made. If the above conditions are met, you can return the products to the following address, after your relevant consultation with the courier company.
